We are a network founded by Czech behavioural researchers and designers. The network focuses on three strands of activities:
1. We share insights on how businesses can apply behavioral strategies to become more efficient and socially responsible
Humans are peculiar creatures. Most of us are excessive optimists. We also inherently dislike change. And yes, although we do not like to admit it, our actions are often too much driven by others' expectations and actions. These peculiarities (and a myriad of other behavioural quirks!) have a profound impact on our behaviour.
Organisations that understand how humans decide can better design services, products and communications that help them make sustainable, healthy and financially sound choices.
We share insights from behavioural science with Czech companies that are on a mission to create an efficient and sustainable society.
2. We maintain and grow a Czech community of people interested in behavioural science
Creating a network of behavioural enthusiasts is equally important to us as sharing actionable behavioural insights.

3. We translate evidence to accessible information about human behavior and decision making
Changing behaviour of customers, citizens, and users is hard. Numerous marketing guides that claim to identified found proven ways to motivate behaviour change circulate around us.
Unfortunately, most of these tips are unfounded or false.
Our network consistently monitors the latest academic research and brings evidence-based insights and strategies on human decision making and behaviour change.
Join us
We are behavioral scientists and behavioural designers. Our experience comes from work and studies in the UK and the US, where behavioral science already forms an integral element of businesses and government agencies.
Our journeys met in January 2021 at one of the first-ever meetings of Czech behavioral scientists. We were driven by an ambition to expand the community and democratize access to behavioral science in the Czech Republic.
